Seyyit Ali Perse

Agentic Systems Engineer · Senior SDET

Seyyit Ali Perse

I want to build a way of working where people spend less time managing repetition and more time making better decisions. That is why I focus on systems that move manual processes into end-to-end automation and become stronger, rather than more complicated, as they grow. I bring business needs, domain models, data and authorization boundaries, the division of work between agents, and human approval into one architecture. My goal is not simply fast software, but agentic teams that let small groups run large operations with clarity, confidence, and control.

For the past year and a half, I have turned this approach directly into products at KasaBende and Moodumuz. I own the full lifecycle: business analysis, mobile, web, and backend engineering; APIs, data, quality, and regular iOS and Android releases; as well as SEO, store visibility, advertising production, and Meta Business management. I treat user feedback not as a post-release metric but as input to the next product decision. Arvis, soon to be released in KasaBende, is the first application of this brain architecture. It activates specialist agents according to the application context, business data, and user permissions; turns a user request into traceable steps that respect domain rules; delegates the work to the right agents; and presents the result to the owner. Its refusal to act without human approval reflects a system designed for trust as much as speed.

This product perspective is grounded in experience across very different scales and critical domains. At HangiKredi, I am developing an agentic system that automates the full quality journey of a completed development task: it derives test scenarios from acceptance criteria and change context, generates steps and automation code, connects execution to the pipeline, schedules runs, and makes results visible in Grafana. Agents working together through MCP reduce repetitive delivery and tracking work while moving the quality team's focus to more strategic decisions. At Nesine, I built continuous-quality and observability practices for high-traffic web, mobile, and API platforms. At Mercury, I led the test architecture for time- and temperature-sensitive healthcare shipments moving through FedEx and UPS. At EachLabs, I worked on the reliability of AI workflows with model orchestration; at SwissSign, the trust layer behind digital identity, certificates, and e-signatures; and at KAUST, the commissioning of building and field systems. The common thread is that well-designed automation grows not only speed, but also trust and operational capacity.

I hold both mobile products on the same line, from business analysis through the store release, and on through payment, documents, and the agent decision. Agents carry the deep work. The last gate stays with me.

  • KasaBende keeps retail checkout and supplier collections as separate flows in one app. A person sees only the screens their role allows. The app is Flutter. The API, the data, and authorization sit on Supabase.
  • App Store and Google Play subscriptions run on the same RevenueCat line. On the web, PayTR carries payment management. The subscription, the e-document credit, and Arvis credit stay on separate purchase paths.
  • The GIB document leaves from inside the product. e-Fatura or e-Arsiv follows whether the buyer is a taxpayer. The document is not marked done before the integrator confirms it. POS integration is the current stage. I am taking the commercial conversations and the technical base forward together.
  • Arvis is a separate orchestration service on Cloudflare. It reads the business inside a safe boundary, previews a change, and does not write before the owner approves. The same brain can be attached to another product on that contract.
  • Moodumuz brings cycle, horoscope, sport, film, and travel into one product. Data sits on Supabase, notifications on Firebase. The trip, the coach, and the weekly content are produced with agents. A QR on the phone opens the web session. From inside the app, a person can share to an Instagram story in the product's own visual language.
  • The mobile apps are Flutter. The web and the panel are TypeScript and Next.js on Vercel. The agent service runs on Cloudflare. The working order lives in Cursor: a skill and rule set holds the line an agent does not cross.

Working across a three-product fintech ecosystem (Hangipara, Hangikredi, Hangikredi KOBI), I own web/mobile automation quality for real-time data, funnel-critical flows, and rule-heavy business journeys while actively contributing to R&D initiatives.

  • Strengthen E2E regression coverage for listing, filtering, application, and SME-focused business logic across Hangipara, Hangikredi, and Hangikredi KOBI.
  • Contribute to R&D projects by exploring AI-assisted testing, prompt-based workflows, and small POCs that help mature team practices.
  • Mentor QA teams and support quality culture through standards, DoR/DoD clarity, and practical training.
  • Continuously monitor automation systems, runners, and CI/CD pipelines with alerting and automated mail notification flows.
  • Build low-flakiness Web UI E2E with Playwright (TypeScript, POM/fixtures); support Android/iOS automation with Appium + Java + Cucumber and Maestro adoption.
  • Validate socket/streaming payloads for real-time market data screens, cross-checking with Investing, TradingView, and Yahoo Finance plus deep API + DB verification.
  • Run end-to-end performance and load testing, surfacing results in Grafana dashboards so bottlenecks stay visible and shareable across the team.
  • Automate SEO quality checks and build GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) flows that measure content visibility not only in classic search engines but also in generative AI engines like ChatGPT.
  • Develop an agent-based testing approach: generating test scenarios and test code through agents over an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, then spinning up and running suites automatically.
  • Build an end-to-end feedback loop where agents automatically open and route tickets on failures, shortening triage and resolution time.
